Tortas
Tortas include a thin layer of refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, avocado, salsa, and meat of your choice.

Quesadillas (cheese only or with meat)
Quesadillas are made with jack cheese. Salsa is included on the side.

Don Chow Bowl
The Don Chow Bowl is a burrito in a bowl without the tortilla. Includes Spanish rice, refried beans, cheese, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, salsa, and meat of your choice.

Don Chow Fun
The Don Chow Fun is a noodle dish made with thin, flat rice noodles, stir fried with onions and the meat of your choice.

Chimale
Kung Pao Chicken or Chinese BBQ Pork
Chimales are Chinese-Mexican Tamales. We take fresh masa and stuff it with our Chinese inspired meats then steam them to perfection. Includes a side of Chimale salsa made with crushed tomatos.
