About Us

Don Chow Tacos has contributed to reinventing cuisine in the City of Angels – and made it mobile. The savory goodness of our “Chino-meets-Latino” fusion cuisine blends the best of Chinese and Mexican flavors. Kung Pao Chicken Tacos and sweet ‘n’ smoky Chinese BBQ Pork Burritos are just a few menu stand-outs. And we’re especially proud of our Chimales – meat-stuffed masa wrapped in corn husks and steamed. Carne Asada Chow Fun is another popular treat.

All of our food is prepared, cooked to order, and served straight from our truck. Don Chow’s crosses the freeways of LA and Orange County, setting up and satisfying fusion cravings at private events, nightclubs, and office buildings.

Operations commenced April 2009, but Don Chow Tacos has already been featured on the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. KNBC-TV featured us on their Food Truck Week special, and we’ve gotten press in the USC News – both owners are proud Trojans.
